The Lifter is placed underneath the bike in a tilted position.
When the lifter mounting shats line up with the holes in the bike frame, the lifter shafts are inserted into the the holes and secured with a wing bolt.
The lever arm inserts into the square hole in the side of the lifter.
Pushing the lever down raises the bike.
